| U N v a c a n c y for i n d e p e n d e n t / o u t s i d e m e d i a t o r The relationship Israel United Nation and Israel are suppose to be diplomatic on a an international level which prescribes certain forms of i.a. protest and the scale of each now Israel has taken upon itself to ??cancel an invitation of the General Assembly President Miguel d`Escoto Brockmann on Tuesday charged that the Israeli delegation has spread a "malicious lie" by asserting that he tried to bar its envoy from addressing a human rights session?? unilaterally. Let us hope and presume that Israel?s Ambassador, Professor Gabriela Shalev, took this unusual official step after consultation and consent from Israel Minister of Foreign Affair Tzipi Livni! - Israel?s relation with many of the UN bodies are subject to a large group of anti Israeli representatives owing to the more and more open minority western orientated members against the far larger none western representation who usually votes automatically against Israel as western counted. - This state of affairs already dates back tens of years, already short time after the UN decided / promoted Israel independency e x c e p t whenever personalities directed UN affairs in a really neutral manner- Unfortunately the present case of UN Rapporteur Professor Falk present a stumbling stone in this relation by a not too elegant Israeli protest action which actually also has its roots in the automatic majority anti Israeli voting / acting.- Never the less the General Assembly President accused Israel and its Ambassador publicly in a complete none diplomatic and not acceptable language and form with ??malicious lying??! The political situation in the Near East, the worldwide socio economic / financial stress situation cannot tolerate this spat between UN and Israel official representatives, who generally on a day to day basis work hand in hand. - Ways and means how to recreate a mutual acceptable relationship has a build-in problem, UN the official world mediator now has to look for an ?? o u t s i d e m e d i a t o r?? without delay atleast to return to an official / diplomatic / cultural general assembly President language. |
