| In light of the latest Israeli proposals on a Palestinian state, I`ve decided to create my own FAIR DEAL. BORDERS - A Palestinian state will be established on 100% of the Gaza Strip and about 94-96% of the West Bank. In return Israel must cede 4-6% of its own Territory to give the State of Palestine 100% of the 1967 territory. Palestine must be a viable, Independent and contiguous state. Any Land-Swaps will have to be of equal quality and size. Israel must allow Palestine to have some sort of a permanent connection between the Gaza Strip and West Bank. Control of the connection should be under Palestinian sovereignty. REFUGEES - Israel should accept some 75,000-100,000 Palestinian refugees. Israel may call this a family unification process and the Palestinians can call this a Right of Return. All other Refugees will be compensated each family will get 750,000-1 million dollars after 60 years of suffering, and may return to a Palestine or remain in the Arab states where they currently live. The USA AND EU should also accept some Palestinian refugees. The refugees that return to Israel will return over a time period of 4 years to ensure Israel remain a Jewish majority state. WATER - All Israeli-Palestinian water and natural resources should be evenly shared per capita. With the International community ensuring that Israelis and Palestinians get equal amount of water, Not more than another. The sources will be controlled jointly by Israel,Palestine and perhaps Jordan with the International Community watching. SECURITY - The State of Palestine will have an Army with Defensive weapons ONLY to guarantee Israel`s security. Palestine`s Borders, Airspace and Coastline will be controlled by the UN OR NATO for a period of 4 years until Israel and Palestine build trust and to give the Palestinian forces time to control its own Borders and etc plus giving the Palestinians time to disarm Islamic Jihad and Hamas with the Help of Jordan,Egypt and possibly NATO OR THE UN. JERUSALEM - Jerusalem will be the open capital of both Israel and Palestine. All Arab neighborhoods will become Palestinian and all Jewish areas would become Israeli. Although Israel must remove the 2 East Jerusalem settlements of Har Homa and Atarot to ensure a contiguous Palestinian capital. On the issue of the Old City : Palestine will get The Muslim,Christian and part of Armenian quarters while Israel gets part of the Armenian and Jewish quarters. The Al Aqsa and Dome of the Rock will be under Palestinian-Islamic sovereignty while the Wailing Wall would be Israel`s. There will be no Digs in the area to prevent any destruction and Violence. PRISONERS - Israel must free all 11,500 jailed Palestinian prisoners over the time period of 4 years. 4 years would also be the time frame of the completion of This PEACE DEAL!
