This turnover of Settler infrastructure to the Plaestinians will benefit Israel in two ways: 1. Offset compensation due to Palestinian refugees refused right to return. 2. JUMPSTART THE PALESTINIAN RECOVERY PROCCESS, IN ISRAEL`S BEST INTERESTS, AND JUMPSTART UNIVERSAL GOOD WILL TO ISRAEL, REDUCING ISRAEL`S MILITARY BUDGET.
