It costs Israeli taxpayers money to print money because the Bank of Israel does`t do it for free they charge the government based on the print costs and a little profit for themselves so the more money we print the more money it costs Israeli taxpayers so we print less money bevause we are not having to deliver anything to Gaza then its going to save money for taxpayers.
Its also unheard of for any country other than Israel to print money for an enemy that your at war with. If Germany had no printing presses during WW2 would the British government had printed money for Hitler so he could pay the bills?
There are still plenty of other ways the palestinians can pay their bills
1) Print their own money, if you were a palestinian whose face would you rather have on your money Arafat or Moshe Sharet?
2) There is the good old fashioned barter method.
3) They can adopt the currency of an arab state .. providing an arab state wants to go to the trouble of supplying them with money. |
