| I suspect that Israel HAS back channel communications with it`s antagonists. If Israel does not then it is in bad need of them. Could the peace accords with Egypt in 1978 have come about ONLY because of US intervention? Or were there other means of cross checking the results of the negotiations brokered by Carter? Those who think that the world is black and white, that there can be no communications short of total surrender, there is nothing a rational person can say. They have a position beyond reason. |
