Even though there is no way to constructively address the language of the resolution, given that no one at this writing has yet seen it, the article does have some clues as to its thrust.

"...the move was likely to force Likud Chairman Benjamin Netanyahu to commit to the peace deal brokered at the November 2007 Annapolis conference..."

"...the resolution was personally led by U.S. President George W. Bush ... as a bid to cement the Annapolis process with the approval of the highest authority."

"...strongly backed by Russia, which appears to have near-unanimous support."

There may also be added to the resolution language against the "settlements" before it is voted on Tuesday.

Being discussed at an emergency session with the "irreversible" peace process seeking Bush leading the charge it can be deduced that the "highest authority" has noticed Bibi and Feiglin are coming...
