Only those who have the rear seats should be permitted to have their shoes on,& only if they are at least 59 meters far from the podium. 2)No one should be allowed to bend down or to bow or to scratch the soles of his feet. Just like people entering a mosque,the shoes must be far from the entrance. 3)Either they put a net around the speaker`s podium,or put up a net in front of the audience,reaching till the ceiling. 4) Also sprinkle security forces of both sexes among the audience. 5) In special hardcore cases stick the hands behind their backs.
