Carter will emerge from the talks and say that Hamas has made significant offers to Israel. Israel should retreat back to pre 67 borders and in exchange Hamas will declare a truce not peace, but a truce. They will resume hostilities and Israel`s concessions will make it easier for Hamas to destroy Israel and commit genocide. This is the "peace" that Carter calls significant. Carter - just do everyone a favor and leave!
