A well-done visual on the rocket fire, concentrating on the Sderot point of view. Youtube has plenty of footage of actual launches which could be spliced in. Sure, it is pitiful it is to live in Gaza with broken sewers, but Al Jazeera has that market cornered. Israel is losing the media war.
In the US, only major moves get coverage, but only 2 sentences in the World Roundup on page 45. 95% of Americans could not find Gaza on a map, and draws a total blank on Sderot. It would do a lot of good to have the world a little more educated. Few people would believe you if you told them that there is a cease fire that Israel must observe, but the Arabs are, by agreement, allowed to fire unlimited rockets at them. A good documentary on History Channel or PBS is in order for starters. Or would this be considered Arab-Bashing by the liberals? |
