| The resolution defines a landmark which, if avoided by Netanyahu by turning from peace talks into discussions on roadblock procedures, provides political leverage against Israel as not living up to the resolution. Ot course unenforcable: who did ever pretend that peace talks can be enforced on Israel? But stating clearly who, by not abiding to the resolution, is the sabotaging party. |
