| There is a schysophrenia in Obama`s choice for personel to head various dept. If he claims that he`s going to be a President for new Dawn, new prespectives, new priorities, inward and outward, then there are signs that go to different directions: Plus c`a change plus c`est la meme chose. By calling on the Clinton and Bush people, I don`t see how Obma is showing a new departure? Gates is still fighting the old Bush (W) agenda. The new opponents of Obama`s Presidency, USA, are not the same as Jimmy Carter`s. The setting up of ground work by Europe and Russia, signs that are quite obvious to the observer, and the Sarkozy`s statements and deeds, are already creating an unease in some chancelleries. Sarkozy as current President of EU, is calling for different relationship in a more assertive, economically and diplomatically, different attitude than Obama`s USA.
