Israel is not to be a multicultural society, but one to counter the discrimination that Jews have suffered from in Europe and the Muslim countries. Capable and loyal Arabs are not wanted because they are "the other" and Israel wants to reserve its good jobs for Jews. What are you going to do if you adverties a good job and the clear best candidate is an Arab? The idea is no Jew in Israel should ever lose in competition to a better qualified Arab. |
