| Abbas showed his true colors when he congratulated the child-murderer Kuntar`s family on his release from prison. Benny Begin is correct: there is no partner for negotiation. Unfortunately, he will have little say as a member of the Likud on governmental policy directed by Netanyahu and loyal supporters subjected to intense U.S pressure. No one in the Netanyahu Government will listen to Begin--a critic from the inside. On the other hand, Uzi Landau of Yisrael Beitainu will have far greater impact on governmental policy as a coalition partner needed to form a viable Likud-led government. After 25 years of voting for the Likud, this election I will vote for Yisrael Beitainu. |
