What good is the threat of a nuclear response against Iran if Iran gives Hezbollah or Syria a nuclear weapon? The United States cannot use a nuclear weapon against them without destroying Israel in the process.
The only solution, if economic sanctions don`t work, is a massive bombing over two or three days that will set Iran`s nuclear timetable back a few years, and give the Mullahs time to think whether they want their economy and their country destroyed if they continue with their desire to have a nuclear weapon. We already have one terrorist State with a nuclear weapon in Pakistan, and we don`t need the terrorist State of Iran to have access to the ultimate weapon of mass destruction. If the U.S. accepts Iran`s having a nuclear weapon as a fait acompli the war in Iraq will seem like childs play compared to what will happen in the Mideast the next two years. |
