| The carol appears to be a rather crude denunciation of Israeli state policy towards the Palestinian population (both Muslim and minority Christian) Nowhere in it can I find any anti-Jewish reference. This is a classic example of an Israeli diplomat towing the party line and labeling criticism of Israel state policy as being anti-semitic. This is to stifle any such criticism. Some wise and far seeing Jews also agree that the policy of repression is wrong and immoral. They are not anti-semites. |
