| The Shiite Middle East revolution had its take- off moment when Carter was in power. He failed completely in handling the Tehran hostage crisis. He does not seem to understand that he is dealing with fanatical absolutist terrorists whose ideology will not tolerate anyone different from them, even one who comes to appease them. Even Saudi money cannot buy these particular fanatics. |
