Haaretz is making a big deal about Feiglin, precisely because Haaretz wants people to vote against Likud.
Everyone knows that Feiglin`s supporters vote in the Likud primaries but don`t vote Likud in the general elections. Feiglin, even if he gets the #20 slot (and according to today`s Maariv, Bibi is planning to change that), will not be a minister in the government and will not influence legislation. Bibi will be justified in doing so by arguing that Feiglin supporters don`t vote Likud.
So this is all a tempest in a teacup, being stirred by the leftist press. |
