| Cater talks to anyone involved because his goal is diplomacy. He is the only US President to deliver a peace treaty for Israel, as a result Egypt and Israel no longer fight. If two combatants will not talk, then combat is the only way to resolve differences. Despite the abuse and condemnation he receives, he still continues to attempt reconciliation. |
