On the one hand, I am won`t to give the boy a pass. After all he is an amicable sort, a good guy to have along for the ride. So he ain`t bright, most people ain`t. Does the fact that we elected him president make him respnsible for things over which he has no understanding. But the shambles, the maimed and the dead, the consequences are too great.
