"About 400 parking spaces are wired to charge electric cars, mainly in and around Tel Aviv."

- Are these spaces reserved for electric cars?
- Is there a legal basis for fining when a non-electrical car uses such a space?
- Is there a time limit when an electric car must move to free the charging station for the next car?
- what if it is not moved? Are electric car owners fined for blocking recharge stations?
- if an electric car cannot be recharged because the recharge station is blocked, what compensation is due to the owner? Perhaps a voucher for a pair of shoes? (just kidding)
