#1 -Hydrogen itself must be produced, and that production requires a lot of energy, often from natural gas powered plants #2 you are often bitter and angry, first off even if the cars ran entirely on coal/natural gas they would produce less CO2 then standard cars, this is particularly true if you factor in the refining process.
In addition with an electric car grid in place there will be a greater need and incentive to create alternative energy resources. Me thinks you are just jealous that Israel will be using more Solar power and less gasoline per capita than Germany by 2020. |
