| This is a demonstration of the failure of Broadcast Diplomacy as practiced by the Bush Administration and during the last 8 years. Iran will need to learn that direct diplomacy means talking face to face, not broadcast over satellites. It is likely Obama`s carrots are different than Bush`s. To Bush, the carrot was the lack of applying the stick. Obviously, Iran lacks information and clarification that can only be provided in direct talks and not through press releases. |
