| I`m afraid this time Brzezinski is absolutely correct: Should Israel (and her neoconservative advoca- tes in the U.S.) once again succeed in talking the United States into a war, and should that future war (with Iran) become as bloody and economically costly for America, as the one with Iraq did, then there may be disastrous consequences on the horizon, both when it comes to the U.S.-Israel relationship, as well as the standing of the Jewish community in the U.S. Don`t forget, many Americans will lose their job over the next months (years), and many, many will find themselves on the brink of poverty. I know that the situation for Israel with regard to Iran is not as easy (as it would be to solve the conflict with the Palestinians), and I don`t wanna fearmonger. But make no mistake, this danger is real !!! |
