1) The Obama campaign for months has disavowed any connection to Brzezinski (just check the Obama website). So why bother interviewing him? Obama did have lunch with him two years ago. But campaign officials announced that Brzezinski will not be in the White House.
2) Secondly, why would anyone consult with him? Under his watch, Afghanistan fell to the Russians. Iran fell to the fanatics. Nicarauga fell to the leftists. And Zimbabwe fell to the lunatics. Everyone seems to have forgotten that Carter welcomed the Marxist Mugabe to the White House and Andy Young proclaimed that Mugabe is the holiest man on earth.
Considering that Brzenzinski, Carter and Young did more damage to the world than any other administration in the 1900s, why is Haaretz bothering with them? |
