| Two-thirds of the population now rely on international aid. Is this not collective punishment? Is the image of Israel not being damaged? The rockets are still being fired (although to little effect) and Israel could not prevent this even when Gaza was occupied. What is the purpose of the siege/blockade? My question is not about morality, but effectiveness. What will Israel do if the rockets continue? |
