What will it take to get you to understand that the Palestinians in Gaza are the victims of their fellow Arabs? First of all, the fact that refugee camps have remained in place for 60 years should trigger some sort of red flag in your pea-sized brain.
A lot of people have been refugees -- my parents, for example. Refugees get absorbed, they are allowed to settle in other countries; they are allowed to lead useful and productive lives.
Yet the Arab nations -- including the ones soaked in petrodollars -- have steadfastly refused to resettle the refugees, give them homes, lives and -- most importantly -- hope.
None of that is the fault of Israel. In fact, Israel absorbed refugees from Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, the former Soviet republics and, most recently, Jews from Ethiopia who were being slaughtered like flies.
Are you so blinded by your hatred of Israel that you fail to see this very basic truth? What a pity. Wake up! |
