| So let`s get this straight. When IDF troops detain Jewish settlers in Hebron, in front of the world`s cameras, that`s fine. But woe be to the journalist who takes a picture of the same security forces arresting a Palestinian. That warrants immediate censorship in the form of a rifle butt to the head. "But she started it" is a sad excuse for assaulting an unarmed woman. That she somehow deserved it because she had stickers for a human rights organization on her camera is even sadder (and an irony probably lost on the majority of the Talkbackers here). |
