Why is Haaretz repeatedly misconstruing what really happened? The court did not order the state to evacuate the house!
The state originally declared their intention to evacuate the house without waiting for the courts to rule who actually owned it. The settlers appealed to the high court saying it was unreasonable and that the state should wait for its ruling. The high court then ruled that it was permissible to evacuate the settlers (the ownership case is still pending!).
At no point did the court order the state to do anything. |
