The American courts should allow the family of the American intentionally murdered by the Hamas animals getting money from US Arab organizations through US banks to use the RICO statutes (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act); to go after all Arab Banks that hold accounts for such fake charities that launder the money.
