Please do remember that we cooperate with Russia, and to a certain degree with China as well, when it comes to int. terrorism.
NATO is not about to offer Israel membership, nor will it in the future, unless Israel complies with the demand of NATO-members having undisputed borders,which is also the reason why Georgia won`t be allowed in for some time (whatever the US might say, Georgia is now de factò not up for membership anymore).
Remember, one of the most important criterias for NATO-membership, is for any applicant to have undisputed and internationally acknowledged borders. Most likely, Israeli ultra-nationalists will work hard against any borders being finalized. |
