| The Israeli news site Debkafile reports that the Indian spy agency RAW(Research and Analysis Wing) obtained information of a terrorist threat for Mumbai late August and collected more information in Sept. and Oct. concerning the "shape" of the attack and its targets, and passed it on to the National Security Agency(US). ABC-TV(US) reported on Dec.1 that Indian intelligence intercepted a satellite phone call to a number in Pakistan of a person known to be aleader of Kashmiri Lashkar e-Taiba,which is accused of carrying out the Mumbai attack. |
