And exactly of which International Humanitarian Laws do you consider Israel to be in noncompliance or violation? Please be specific since vague, ill-defined accusations or charges don`t cut it in court. To aid you in your quest, may I remind you of a few things?:

1) There is a 61-year-old war or armed conflict going on between Israel and the Palestinians.

2) Palestinians are hostile aliens and not Israeli citizens.

3) Occupations are not illegal.

4) Partial economic blockades during wartime are not illegal.

5) Retorsion in most cases is not illegal.

6) In order to show that a war crime has occured, you must prove that the accused party with foreknowledge delberately and intentionally violated either the Principle of Distinction or the Principle of Proportionality.
