It all seems pretty obvious to me.
These terrorists were trying to make a big statement. The reason for the attack was not the Israeli - Palestinian conflict, but it gets them plenty of sympathy worldwide from Muslims and Israeli Haters to say it is.
So they hit 9 different targets and made sure one of them was to hit a Jewish center.
Its the same way that Al Qaeda blamed Israel for 9/11 when it was about getting the US bases out of Saudi Arabia.
Its such a transparent tactic, I`m surprised the press isn`t presenting it as a possibility. |
