| if Israel has not signed NPT then it sould. NPT is an obligation and not a social club that u join at will. It is like saying I want to torutre people becasue I have not a member of amnesty international. By the way, France and Britain have singed NPT but they increased their arsenals exponentialy in violation of NPT. |
