| This issue along with dealing with Netanyahu over two-states will be a real test for Obama`s foreign policy team. Will Palestinians be allowed to reconcile? Will Israel permit elections or, as one IDF memo recommended, prevent PA elections? Will negotiations towards a final resolution of the conflict continue or be shelved? If negotiations are shelved, will the PA collapse? If the PA collapses, will the US continue any aid at all? |
