I would not believe for a second that you spent 7 years in Norway without learning fundamentals of the language "svarte hude" is a gramatically wrong spelling for "black skin", and not black head, and is seldom if ever used as a deregatory term. "Svarting"= deregatory term for someone who is black.
I am not blond.. Where on earth (for it could not have been in Norway) did you meet people who called you "names" when you were not blond? I doubt 50% of norwegians are blond, so that would be very, very strange and peculiar indeed.
From your horrible attempt at writing scandinavian, I would say that you perhaps visited Denmark once, as your spelling was fairly close to the danish spoken tongue.
