| Agriprocessors is only a short drive down the road in north Iowa. Not only were the animals there treated cruelly, but the labor conditions were abominable as well. The company was recently cited with over 3000 violations of Iowa`s child labor laws. The immigrants they hired were routinely abused as well in terms of bathroom breaks and workshop injuries and medical care. |
