Sure Tel Aviv is but a part of Tel Aviv, but it does not mean that the gentleman in question must till the soil to feel that he has been here.
It would be like urging a young German to til the soil in the Imperial valley to claim that he enjoyed California.
Morris are you busy farming the land at this time?
As for the pioneering spirit it is no longer found on the established kibbutzim, most do not accept volunteers these days, much of it due to insurance costs.
But if one were too do as you request then they would head to a hilltop settlement near Hebron, if they were til the soil and build the Yishuv. |
