| None of us quite understand exactly what you ruled. Have you ruled that government has the right to evict residents of a home they claim they own (and have shown some evidence to such effect) without full due process? If yes, then sounds like Israel can not be considered a Democracy - where individuals have rights. Maybe we should be considered a Communist country. JUDGES, PLEASE CLARIFY YOUR POSITION BEFORE THE POLITICIANS DO DUMB THINGS! |
