Ahmadinejad also tries to justify spending untold billions on protecting his "nuclear electrical energy" plants by burying them deep underground with 20m thick reinforced concrete caps and ringing them with ultra-sophisticated Russian defence systems just to ensure no nearby wandering Iranian national could get accidently shocked by any random arching sparks. And Ahmadinejad`s hand picked regime accountant with some disputed honarary degree from a noted but unamed elite university program in accounting will be more than glad to show anyone the cooked figures and fuzzy logic that establishes without any kafir doubt, enshallah, that the return on this needed investment for Iran`s electrical needs would not be more than 250 years into the future.
