| Teenagers are under the jurisidiction of their parents, who are liable for their actions. where are they? why are they never mentioned? Even so, these kids are what we call juvenile delinquents and need to be treated as such. I am continually appalled at those who post to articles like these either saying that Haaretz is lying or finding excuses for lawbreakers. Either Israel is a state of law or it is not. Either the High Court is a legitimate arm of the government or it is not. And then what? |
