| There aren`t enough cops around to protect every citizen, the Army can`t do the job either-- That`s why, if you have a clean record, you`re allowed to purchase a firearm or two or more, to protect you and yours--With a "Carry License", you can keep protection on hand at all times-- Remember that last incident in Jerusalem, where an Arab intentionally drove his bulldozer into innocent citizens?--It was an armed citizen that stopped the terrorist from continuing in his mission of death & destruction-- Citizens aren`t nearly as well armed as the army, how many tank & armed aircraft do you think that citizens have in their possession-- There`s and old saying, "Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6"-- Most Israeli`s are military trained and know how to use a weapon, those that don`t know how to, can attend classes-- The U.S. army has no need to control the citizens, and there are hundreds of millions of guns in the hands of the citizenry? P.S. The U.S. National Guard, is a Citizen?s Army-- |
