| Unlike the Life of Brian, this is not a split in Meretz, but a reworking of the party. Whether it reforms as a Zionist or non-Zionist party remains to be seen. Either way, it represents no threat to the right, who are not their constituency. They hope to take votes from Labour and the Greens and presumably from Hadash. |
