| He probably lost at least half the audience by making that statement to people who mostly come from states that implement compete separation of church and state and know how giving the church too much power can result in things like the inquisition, for example. Our royal family is actually very secular so I just don`t understand why he would make such a statement--which makes him sound more like the Taliban--since he wasn`t talking to group of rural Saudi rightists. |
