| I like Obama and enthusiastically voted for him. Indeed Obama`s upward mobility and social consciousness makes him parallel with American Jewish experiences. He even relates to Jewish religious thought as revealed in a 1994 interview. All the same it gets tiresome for some Jews to say he is the first Jewish president. Quite simply as Americans, we are proud of him and have nothing but hope he will be the first good president we have had in more than 40 years. |
