| The Arab peace plan was on the table 80 months ago. Less than 24 hours after its introduction, then prime minister Sharon reoccupied the West Bank and Gaza. If Israel did seek peace as it claims, it would have embraced the plan with open arms. The plan calls for total reconciliation with all the Arab states, political, economic and cultural cooperation. Israel claims it needs to keep 6% of the land it occupied. For such a plan, I would return everything and 10% more. Greater Israel is just a dream just as is the Palestinian dream of the return of the entire Palestine. |
