| Is it moral to entomb a million and a half human beings in a ghetto and deny them food and medicine. Is it moral to fire body shredding fleshette tank shells at civilians ? By the way, it ill behoves a yank to lecture anyone about international law, especially in regard to state that has nothing but contempt for it and the very tenets of civilised human behaviour.
