| the mk`s are absolutely right. olmert is exploiting the memory of rabin to divide the jewish population of israel. his incitement is no different than was the incitement that led to the murder of rabin. olmert came to power with the support of the very people he demonises today. his entire political carrier has been based on the exploitation of others. he is to be condemned not for changing his mind, but for his crass disregard of the feelings and genuine trepidations of an entire group of israelis. the absolute hatred of the far left for their fellow citizens in the territories is becoming obvious. yet, it was the state of israel as a whole, under all parties, who has encouraged them in their enterprise. israel`s tragedy is that it no longer has great, inspirational leadership. |
