Though this is apparently your newspaper`s main article on the reduction of fuel by Israel it is offered without background or reason. It reads as if Israel quirkily decided to punish Gaza for no reason by depriving them of essential fuel.
There`s no mention of 35 potentially deadly missiles shot into civilian areas of Israel despite the ceasefire: there`s no mention of the fact that in the past Hamas has been known to take shorter deliveries of the fuel available in order to stir up feeling against Israel in their never ending game of Paliwood. There`s no mention of the fact that tunnels are dug to kidnap new Gilad Shalits, that tunnels from Egypt ferry weapons and zoo animals rather than the essential supplies Amira bewails.
We all know Amira Hass as an Op-Ed journalist who offers an unbalanced point of view. Her articles read like enemy propaganda. She is known to ignore facts and arguments that conflict with her thesis.
This is the third article I have noticed by this propagandist within the past two days. Are you going to turn yourself into a blatant anti-Israel organ instead of the subtle one you used to be? |
