Some land is occupied. Not all. Some Jewish homes and lands in Arab lands are also being occupied. Anyway, these protesters are waging a negative campaign. Basically, the way things are done civily is with a good lawyer. Over here generally, the developers dig up the bones with a Native American Monitor Archaeologist.
